New Affiliated Professionals

We have four new affiliated professionals! Their information can be found below:

Hope Zoeller: Hope will represent the virtue, persistence. Hope is the Founder and President of HOPE (Helping Other People Excel), LLC, a firm that specializes in facilitating leader success at every level of an organization. For over 15 years of her professional career, Dr. Zoeller worked at UPS in various roles including Customer Service, Training and Development and Employee Relations. For the past two decades, she has been consulting with organizations on leadership development. Dr. Zoeller is also a Professor at Spalding University instructing in the Master of Business Communication program. 

She has a Doctorate in Leadership Education from Spalding University, a Master of Education in Training and Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from Bellarmine University. Hope co-authored with Dr. Joe DeSensi HOPE for Leaders Unabridged Volume 1 and HOPE Leaders in the 2020s…New Issues to Face, New Problems to Solve, New Hope for the Future Volume 2.

Dale Morgan: Dale will collaborate with us around the virtues, generosity and resilience. Dale is a native of Lexington Kentucky and graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in accounting. He currently serves on the Kentucky Commission for Small Business Advocacy and Innovation, appointed by Governor Andy Beshear. He travels the country facilitating financial literacy workshops and delivering inspiring speeches to some of the most underrepresented and underserved communities. He’s the primary facilitator of the Money $mart for small Business curriculum administered by Commerce Lexington. 

Dale finds motivation to continuously improve from the Tupac quote, “. . . I’m not saying I will change the world, but I guarantee I will spark the brain that will.”

Shirrod Le’Det: Shirrod is a force in the world of business and leadership, a 3x author, executive leadership educator, and entrepreneur. With an Executive MBA from Strayer University’s Jack Welch Management Institute Program, where he graduated with honors, Shirrod has over 20 years of high-level leadership and management experience. Shirrod’s commitment to education is not just a job but a passion. He has held leadership roles dedicated to building and optimizing organizational processes, measurement systems, and infrastructures to deliver mission-critical results. His passion for education led him to serve as the Director of the Executive Leadership Academy (ELA) at Simmons College of Kentucky, where he provides leadership, direction, and retention to enhance academic success for ELA students.

As a Certified Business Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, and Speaker, Shirrod seamlessly integrates his expertise into various formats, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one strategy sessions. His approach is about imparting knowledge and catalyzing actionable change, enabling individuals to fully embody their leadership potential. His practical application of proven leadership methods and frameworks propels individuals, businesses, and organizations toward their desired goals, making him an influential figure in the field.

Marcis Fennell: Marcis will represent the virtues courage and integrity. Marcis is an assistant professor of sport administration at the University of Louisville. He is a scholar-practitioner holding a doctoral degree in Character Education and Sport Pedagogy. He is the director of the Character-Aware Research Driven Sport Leadership Lab at the University of Louisville. Practically applying his formal education, he accumulated 10 years of coaching and administrative experience along with 8 years of university-level instruction experience.

Through intentional and systematic educational interventions, he assists athletic administrators and coaches on the high school and college level, implementing integrated character education seeking to influence the moral development and moral reasoning of athletes within the unethical environment of competitive sport.
