Steve established his organization, Play to Your Strengths, out of a lifelong passion for developing leaders and creating environments that inspire people to reach their full potential.

He earned a doctorate in Strengths-Based Leadership from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN in partnership with the Gallup organization. He is a Gallup-certified coach and has over 25 years of experience leading and coaching people. Play to Your Strengths offers interactive and engaging training events to assist organizations in their quest to build a high-performance team.
